Elena Nikolskaya (Nikaleona)

My creative path began with photography and digital art. Painting has become the most necessary and logical link of self-expression, as it allows me to contact with my work without the help of digital devices.   I chose to work with abstract art because the process remains open and free. Abstraction gives me unlimited space for reflection and expression of my fantasies. It allows me to immerse myself in my thoughts and experiences.

 

 

 

 

 

I usually mix different mediums of acrylics, oil, charcoal, and pastel on different surfaces of paper, canvas, and often raw canvas to give a simple and humble effect.
