  • Can I return an art piece?

After delivery, you have 14 days to return the art piece for a full refund.

  • What if the art piece will not be delivered?

We encourage you to check the current location of your art piece through the tracking link we have sent you.
If the art piece does not arrive on schedule, please contact the company that is responsible for delivery. If all other options fail, please contact us to resolve this issue.

  • What if I receive a damaged art piece?

We encourage you to open and check your delivery as soon as or shortly after it arrives at your house. In the case that it is damaged, please contact the company responsible for delivery. Afterward, please notify us of this issue.

Due to COVID-19, delivery might exceed normal shipping time (7-14 business days of purchase) during the emergency state. The emergency state differs per country, therefore, our team will make sure to contact you and provide you with the correct information relevant to your situation. Within the EU, expect your item within 7-14 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 15-17 business days of purchase.

  • How long will it take to receive my earnings?

The artist always has to consider the time of the shipping to the customer and the 14-day return policy. Therefore, we almost always send our payment to the artists three weeks after the art piece was delivered to the customer.

If you wanna start selling on our platform, you should prepare valuable information for customers, because that is what makes them interested in you.

It is in the best interest of all artists to provide us with high-quality pictures. We require at least 1200x1500 pixels.

There is a way to help potential customers to find your artworks. One of the easiest ways is to properly categorize and name your art pieces. 

  • How to Price Your Artwork

There are a few easy tips, how you can price your artworks:

Step 1: Define your market. Where do you sell your art? 

Step 2: Define your type of art. What kind of art do you make? In what ways is it similar to other art? How do you categorize it? If you paint abstracts, for example, what kind of abstracts, how would you describe them? 

Step 3: Determine which artists make art similar to yours either by researching online or visiting galleries, open studios, or other venues and seeing their work in person. Pay particular attention to those artists who also have career accomplishments and resumes similar to yours, who've been making art for as long as you have, showing for as long as you have, selling for as long as you have, and so on.

Step 4: See how much these similar artists charge for their art. Their prices will be good initial estimates of the prices you should charge for your art.

We do promote our artists on our social media, but it is always good if you put in the work and share posts of your own art pieces from Victory Art social media channels.
