The artwork comes from a series of expressive collages on cardboard. Collages created in series can often be arranged into diptychs or triptychs. The object is in very good condition, does not require renovation, signed on the reverse, not framed. Date of creation 2012, 42.5 x 42.5 cm format, mixed technique: charcoal, acrylic, pastel, crayon, paper elements, and other elements found in the studio on 3mm cardboard.
A dynamic composition of highly contrasting elements. Various structures, sharp elements meet rounded, scratched, with painted, with a precisely delineated, as if a drawing, this is again a sweeping stain of paint, somewhere you can see a brush streak, somewhere else the paint is placed so that it is difficult to guess what tool was used, in one place it was thick a layer, in another a translucent substrate, the whole flavor of a collage on one object, a collage, that is, seemingly random elements forming a whole, harmonious and organized despite its apparent chaos. The picture is a play of light and shadow, elements embedded in some impenetrable space, which the longer we watch, the more we discover again, and again.
