Borderline Of Freedom: Sky
“Borderline Of Freedom” is a painting inspired by exploring my perception of freedom, made in the very beginning of quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Painting is made by applying layers of paint and randomly smudging it with brushes, fingers, spoons, and pressed with paper, giving freedom to art make itself between two mediums. The color scheme is my typical one, using red as the defining color for strongest emotions and black for those more grounded-as the two main motives-red a free shape spot, and a black square as made by “cutting” its shape to achieve the more edgy, clear and bordered look. Blue in the background symbolizes the sky-upper limit of freedom.
